Meditation began as a seated practice, but over time, people realized the importance of incorporating movement. Observing nature, they started mimicking the postures of various animals, transforming seated meditation into moving meditation, which became known as Yoga. Contrary to common belief, yoga is not solely about physical exercise - it is deeply rooted in internal work and self-awareness.
This class is designed to help you explore the philosophy behind this transformative practice. By the end of the session, you will feel calmer and more relaxed, with both your body and mind experiencing a sense of peace and clarity.
I offer both, private and group yoga classes where I bring your focus towards being fully present through using breath and movement. The class lasts 1 hour.
I also offer Yoga & Sound Journey sessions, which provide the perfect opportunity to experience the power of sounds following a yoga practice.
Pricing:
Private class: 11.000 ISK
Group class: 3000 - 5000 ISK per person
