We will immerse ourselves into the inner voice of our intuition while being surrounded by beautiful nature and treating ourselves with healthy vegetarian food.
It will be a peaceful time of self-exploration and connecting with others in a safe space of Spirit Farm (50 minutes drive from Reykjavík and 15 minutes from Selfoss).

We would like to keep this retreat 𝑃ℎ𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝐹𝑟𝑒𝑒 - meaning that we will limit our phone usage during the weekend. 2 days spent without phone can help you to have more profound experience.
Also, we believe in the 𝑃𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝑆𝑖𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒, so we will keep silent every morning until breakfast to spend time within ourselves without distractions.

Justyna on a daily basis helps to release tensions in the body and brings more peace into people’s lives through touch by doing Lomi Lomi Nui massage. She also does individual sound massage sessions with singing bowls, using the Peter Hess method. Kamila is a joyful human being who has lots of positive energy to spread around. She has been exploring self-development and mindfulness for a long time. Especially, the discovery of breath has changed her life, and since then she decided to devote her life to holistic living and diving into spirituality. She is Buteyko Breathing Instructor and certified Yoga Teacher (200hrs). Increasing awareness of connection of body, mind and soul is one of her biggest passions.
Kristyna is a creative soul. She enjoyes working with the gifts of nature such as crystals, plants & herbs. She encourages people to slow down and find stillness in the fast-paced world through the products of her brand Light Within. 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 We will use the relaxing power of instruments such as Tibetan bowls, koshi bells, kalimba and ocean drums to help you reach a deeper state of consciousness where you can fully relax, let go and look inwards. Our main focus is on meditation, breath, and direct contact with vibrations, sounds, and touch.
𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒂 Yoga class will focus on awareness of breath, body, and movement. You will start your day with a new energy feeling your body and noticing your mind. As it is a gentle yoga flow, all levels are welcome.
𝑬𝒄𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 The session of ecstatic dance will be an invitation for you to fully let go of any concept which you have about your body and about dance itself. We will encourage you to explore, feeling deeply what are the things which hold you back from expressing yourself fully. We will focus on putting more attention to the signals from the inside. With a little bit of guidance you will be also invited to experience yourself in contact with others around.
𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 We tend to live our lives disconnected internally as the external world takes over. In this session, we will come back to ourselves and fully immerse into our being. It’s time to feel, connect and experience the internal world in a different way.
𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒂 𝑵𝒊𝒅𝒓𝒂 Together we will dive into a deep state of relaxation through guided meditation. This session will not involve physical movement, but rather laying in stillness, resting and surrendering completely.
𝑨𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒚 𝑺𝒂𝒖𝒏𝒂 & 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 Skin is the largest organ of a human body, therefore spending some time in sauna is a great way to release toxins. We will have a cozy outdoor sauna with essential oils to feel the benefits of aromatherapy.
