Meditative Journey Through Sounds

During the session, you will experience the power of sound, vibration, touch, movement and breathwork - it will allow you to reach a deeper state of relaxation, help to disconnect from the outer world and connect deeper within yourself.

 We use the power of instruments such as singing bowls, gong, koshi bells, kalimba, and ocean drum.

 When: Tuesday 16th April at 7:15 pm 

 Where: Leiðin heim (Laugavegur 178, entrance on the left side of the Reykjavik Foto store)

 Price range: 3500 - 5000 ISK - you choose what's the most comfortable for you to pay at this moment. 

Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Limited spots, so please reserve your spot in advance. 

This time, we would like to take a few pictures during the session for promotional purposes of future events. I will not affect the experience itself.

I co-create these sessions together with my dear friend Justyna. Love for music and self-development are definitely two aspects that have brought us together.

More about Justyna:

Justyna helps people to release tension in their bodies by sharing touch as a Lomi Lomi Nui massage practitioner. Her journey with sound healing started around 3 years ago when she learned how to give individual sessions using Peter Hess method. Later with time, she started to use this knowledge to coocreate group soundhealing sessions with Kamila. It's been already many years since she is in a constant exploration of the connection between mind, body, and soul, doing a lot of inner work, attending many types of events and workshops, experiencing and learning how big impact on human's physical and mental health the power of sound, breath, touch, and vibration have.
