My journey with meditation started 7 years ago while living in one of islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean – New Zealand. It was there where I promised myself to wake up every morning 10-20 minutes earlier to sit down still and do meditation practice. It was tough in the beginning and I almost gave up. Fortunately, I was persistent enough to continue and noticed that something was shifting within me and I needed to continue meditating.

It even brought me into doing Vipassana there – 10 days of meditating in silence without any interaction with the external world. It was a quite life-changing experience and definitely opened my mind to another level. Since then, I knew that there is something extraordinary about meditation.

A few years later, I ended up doing a Breathwork Session (Holotropic Breathwork) which completely changed my life. I experienced things that I was not able to explain by science. I was trying to understand it and through this process, I realized that I need to devote my life to breath as it´s such a powerful tool.  Until now I cannot believe nobody ever told me about its high potential!

Now I keep spreading my knowledge and I offer both, private and group sessions where I teach different breathing techniques and do meditation sessions. It consists of a short introduction about the importance of meditating and breathing followed by different exercises and practices. 

Pricing:

Private session (online & on-site): 11.000 ISK per 1 hour

                                                       14.000 ISK per 1,5 hour

Group session: 25.000 - 35.000 ISK per hour (depending on the                               size of the group)
