`If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there.`

Through constantly experiencing different things and letting my curiosity take over, I was able to grasp incredible opportunities that brought me where I am at the moment. Along the way, I have learned that the most important is to move forward with persistence, motivate yourself, and listen to your intuition. And while doing so, be attentive to your mind and its overflowing thoughts.

I am grateful for each experience that supported me in expanding, growing, and opening my mind. Now my mission is to bring people together, create communities, and boost awareness about the importance of mental health and movement.
