My Story
'We are addicted to our thoughts. We cannot change anything if we cannot change our thinking.'
After graduating from university, I embarked on an adventure that shaped my life. For several years, I traveled the world, living in and exploring different countries. These experiences profoundly influenced me, broadening my perspective and opening my mind. Eventually, I found myself in Iceland, where my journey turned inward.
For the past several years, I’ve been reprogramming my mindset using a variety of transformative methods. Through my exploration of self-development and spirituality, I discovered the incredible power of breathwork, movement, and sound. I learned how our subconscious mind holds the key to healing and transformation.
Holistic and conscious living became part of me. I pursued numerous courses and participated in countless workshops to gain the tools and knowledge needed to share this journey with others.
This project is my way of giving back - sharing the powerful practices that have changed my life. If there’s something within you that feels ready for change, I truly believe these methods can do the same for you.
